OUR MISSION IS TO PROVIDE A COMPLETE SERVICE

PRODUCTION

We have a fleet of hot chamber and cold chamber die casting machines ranging from 120 to 600t in order to produce die cast products in Zamak and Aluminium.

We also carry out mechanical machining, surface, galvanic and painting treatments based on the requests of our customers.

DESIGN

Fonderia Gussoni personally takes care of the design and creation of the moulds. It collaborates with its Customers in the Co-Design phases of the product or by carrying out feasibility studies preparatory to the mass production of the part itself. 

CONTROL AND QUALITY

Fonderia Gussoni follows all the production phases, directly taking care of the quality of casting, machining and finishing treatments. In this way we can provide the Customer with a product suitable for his needs by issuing the relevant control and suitability certificates, such as, for example, metal analysis certificates, mechanical resistance of the material used, tests on painted or chromed products (checkering, thicknesses, colorimetry , etc.), food suitability.

DESIGN
AND REALIZATION
MOLDS

We personally take care of all the manufacturing phases of the equipment, offering the optimal solution for the production of the requested part. 
Design is in fact one of the most important phases of the entire production process and, for this very reason, we support our customers right from the start by carrying out co-design activities or feasibility studies. 
All the equipment we produce is designed and built always considering the end use of the part. In fact, it is essential to design the equipment always taking into consideration the characteristics that the part must have since, for example, a part with high aesthetic value requires different precautions compared to a part with high mechanical or sealing characteristics.

DIE-CAST PRODUCTS

To best satisfy customer requests, we have 3 hot chamber presses, ranging from 120 to 320t, and 4 cold chamber presses, ranging from 200 to 600t.

In this way, we are able to produce both small-sized parts and larger-sized parts

Furthermore, the entire production process is subjected to specific internal controls to which are added, upon request of our customers, further specific controls for the individual components made.

TREATMENTS
OF FINISHING

In order to provide a complete service to our Customers, we carry out the following surface finishing treatments:

  • Chrome plating, ASTM chrome plating

  • Black chrome plating

  • Copper plating

  • Gilding

  • Nickel plating and Black nickel plating

  • Hard Oxidation

  • Galvanizing

  • Burnishing

  • Sandblasting, Tumbling, Brightening, Satin finishing

  • Powder and Liquid Painting

MACHINING

We carry out all types of machining requested by customers, using our machining centres.

We carry out both the simplest processes, such as threading, drilling, boring, and more complex processes of milling, shape milling, turning, bearing seats and assembly. 

​

We also carry out prototyping activities.
